STEP 1: Initiating Query

STEP 2: Query Form
Interested Buyer/Importer fills the international "Distribution Query" form below.

STEP 3: Assessment
The information provided in the query form is then assessed thoroughly on the basis of:
• Experience in selling/distribution of similar products
• Market size
• Current financial strength

STEP 4: Information Processed
The requested information is provided to the Importer/Distributor by Bajaj Herbals.

STEP 5: Terms & Conditions
Terms of trade, payment, agreement, promotional and marketing strategy is discussed via e-mails.

STEP 6: Feasibility
The interested Importer/Distributor may conduct the initial market feasibility study.

STEP 7: Negotiations
If the feasibility and terms are mutually agreed upon, an exclusive or non-exclusive agreement is signed between Bajaj Herbals and the Importer/Distributor.

STEP 8: Placing an Order:
The Importer/Distributor is given 15 working days from the date of signing the agreement to place the initial order. If the Importer/Distributor fails to place an order within 15 days, the agreement stands cancelled and Bajaj Herbals will seek another importer for that country.
